If you’re an elite boxer or MMA fighter, training is essential for success. To reach your peak level of performance and become a champion, you need to commit to a rigorous training regimen.
To help you maximize your elite boxing or MMA skills, we’ve put together a short but intense training routine that will help you stay in shape and maintain your edge. Here are the basics:
- Warm up by stretching all muscle groups for at least 10 minutes to reduce the risk of injury.
- Hit the heavy bag or mitts with fast jabs, hooks, and uppercuts for three rounds of three minutes each with one minute rest breaks in between rounds. Increase speed and power as you go.
